The files in this directory are here primarily to compile information strickly for use of a 

Midland 70-0520CWB and the 70-5929 Extender (Repeater) option in the 6 Meter Ham 

Band.  Much here is useful in other radios or endeavors but everything is specific for this purpose.



If you have followed the Yahoogroups thread, my message 6499 outlines the problems 

I had in trying to program my 3 radios using my 3 computers and two programming 

cables.  At this time I have not yet been able to program my radios.  



This is an ongoing project.  I hope if you are blessed with one of these radios, you will 

find this stuff here of some interest.  As this is a compilation effort, much of the credit 

goes to those folks who have made many of these files available and those who helped 

me directly and indirectly on this project.



If you find any information to be incorrect or feel you'd like to enhance my efforts, I'm 

certainly open to this input.
